About Me

Caitlan Siegenthaler 

I am an optimistic realist. Maybe it is the fact that I'm a Sagittarius rising or maybe it's just my belief that hope anchors the soul. Either way, I bring grounded hope to our work (not toxic positivity) just a healthy dose of possibility with a dash of humor.

I am a deep thinker. I'm a projector in Human Design & an old soul who often ponders the existential questions of this life. Surface level stuff is not for me and you will find me getting to the root of what's going on in session.

I thrive on change & adventure. For me, home is a relative term as I've had the opportunity to live in many different countries.

New cultures, new cities, new challenges, new change, it all energizes me. Change is something that I am used to and can fully embrace.  I moved away from Switzerland and now I’m back in the US always planning my next adventure. Suffice it to say that I will create safety as I lead our work together into deep waters to get you the meaningful, long-lasting change you are seeking to create.

I was born naturally curious about humanity and can't help but listen to the stories we tell as humans. Life set me up to feel all the feels and guide others through the emotional waters. My family likes to tell stories of young me, sitting in the kitchen, listening to the stories of adults and being endlessly fascinated. I help my clients examine the stories they tell about themselves, their relationships and the world. I believe that sharing our stories and what is on our hearts is what connects us as humans.

Professional Bio 

After a few years working my way up the corporate ladder in the online marketing space, I decided to go back to school and get my Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. Goodbye corporate world, hello aligned career path. I'm a licensed therapist in the state of Colorado and I'm specifically trained in Internal Family Systems work. Internal Family Systems Therapy is the type of therapy I use most often in my practice.
