I’m Caitlan.
Hello!I will be your guide on this journey back to your power, corporate pant suit not required. (Sassy power move pose, def welcome.)

Many people on the internet will show you “their way” using strategies that worked for them but I know with the map to your power (Human Design) and the right tools (Parts Work/Internal Family Systems) we’re going to rediscover what YOURS is together.

As a therapist for the last decade, I’ve spent thousands of hours finding the gold inside of people even when they forget there is gold in there and now it’s your turn.
Before that, I was a Content Marketing Manager for a shopping website (ask me the name later 😉) and I use all of my experience in the business world to help you navigate your next move.

Nope. If you already know your Human Design, great. If not, I'll walk you through the parts of your chart that are most relevant to the business challenge you're working through. You don't need to be an expert to benefit from Power Move.

Power Move combines business strategy, Human Design, and IFS-informed support to help you understand both what to do and what's getting in the way of doing it. Instead of forcing yourself into someone else's formula, we create a plan rooted in how you naturally operate.
