Sometimes you need to deepen the work. The IFS Coaching Intensives are a dedicated space to meet your parts, release old patterns, and reconnect with your Self. They are designed to help you shift in hours what could take months in traditional sessions.

In weekly sessions we sometimes meet the same parts over & over again. We stay on the surface for months or years without ever getting to the parts of us that need help the most.
Intensives are a way to safely deepen the work.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
You will book a 15 minute discovery call here to discuss the work.
Prior to your intensive we will map out a plan and set an intention for the work we want to do together on the discovery call.
Intensives are IFS Coaching Sessions and do not constitute a therapeutic relationship.
PRICING?
3 Hour Sessions are $599 or 3 payments of $200
6 Hour Sessions are $1199 or 6 payments of $200
