I know what it’s like to be told to “just do more,” so I built Undefined to prove you don’t have to.
I’m Caitlan and I was tired of the internet telling me to post 3x a week on algorithm when all I really wanted to do was have my clients magically find me.
I wanted a space to be actually seen and recognized for my gifts, rather than how much traction my instagram reel was getting and I knew I wasn’t alone because a lot of my clients were saying the same things.
This is when Undefined was born.
I’ve helped 16+ Projectors, Reflectors & Manifestors set better boundaries, lean in to their leadership skills and grow their impact without burning out.
In Undefined, we will say eff you to the Generator expectations placed on our unique designs and come up with OUR own way of promoting our offers, becoming visible, working with our energy and running a successful business.

What makes this different than other Human Design Group Programs?
A: Most programs teach strategies designed for Generators. Undefined is built specifically for non-sacral types. We focus on pacing, visibility, and decision-making that honors your unique energy. It’s also intentionally small, curated, and intimate with no noisy Facebook groups or endless content libraries.
Do I need to attend every call live?
A: No. Calls are recorded, and you can engage when your energy allows. You’ll still get the resources and prompts, even if you miss a session.

Do I need to know a lot about my Human Design before joining?
A: It is helpful to have a basic understanding of your energy type before joining but even if you are starting from scratch, this space will be supportive for you .

What platform is Undefined on?
A:Calls are on Zoom, Learning Support is in Notion & The Community is on Slack
How much time will this take each week?
A: 3–4 hours total. Undefined is designed for low-burnout participation. Calls are ~75 minutes, and resources are short + digestible. Community engagement is optional so no guilt or shame if you don’t post every day.
Groups usually overwhelm me or feel unsafe- how is this one different?
A: Safety is my top priority (and yes, I know that sounds like a United Airlines line) as a therapist first. And while, this isn’t group therapy, I will hold the space and cultivate the safety of this group in the same way.
As for the overwhelm, Undefined is capped at 6 people and is intentionally small and intimate.
